We are pleased to present a beautiful collector’s piece: the Cartier Santos Octagon 2966 in garnet, known as “Burgundy,” dating from February 1983 and part of the prestigious Santos collection. Produced in a small series, this dial variant features a two-hand automatic movement with a date window.
Its original Burgundy dial is in absolutely remarkable condition, as are its superb hands. The case is crafted in steel and 18-carat yellow gold, as is its first-generation V1-style bracelet.
With a 30 x 35 mm case, this watch offers an elegant presence, perfectly suited to a wide range of wrists.
This timepiece has been recently serviced by our Swiss master watchmaker, with no polishing performed.
