1- Cookies

Set the Retention Rules to: use personalised settings for history. Finally, uncheck it to deactivate cookies.

-On Safari: Click on the menu icon (symbolised by a cog) at the top right of the browser. Select Settings. Click on Show advanced settings. In the ‘Confidentiality’ section, click on Content settings. In the ‘Cookies’ section, you can block cookies.

2- Collecting information

2.1 What data is collected?
We collect information when you register on our site via the contact form or when you contact us offline (by telephone, SMS, e-mail or post for example). The information collected includes your name, e-mail address, postal address and telephone number.

In addition, we automatically receive and record information from your computer and browser, including your IP address, software and hardware, and the page you request.

2.2 Data retention period
We will retain your personal data for the duration of our business relationship and, after the end of that relationship, for as long as is necessary for the legitimate conduct of our business, in accordance with applicable European laws and regulations. If we no longer need your personal data, we will destroy it securely (without giving you any further notice).
We will retain your data for a period of 2 years where you provide us with this information and there is no pending file or application.
After this period, we will delete your data.

The site ensures that the User’s personal information is collected and processed with due respect for privacy in accordance with Act no. 78-17 of 6 January 1978 on Data Processing, Data Files and Individual Liberties. In accordance with the French Data Protection Act of 6 January 1978, the User has the right to access, rectify, delete and object to his/her personal data. This does not include trusted third parties who assist us in operating our website or conducting our business, so long as those parties agree to keep this information confidential.
